Her family likes to call her a “professional volunteer.” Lynn has been on various Boards, including a pre-school and a senior living facility. She has volunteered with several community theater groups, her children’s music departments, food banks, church communities, and Big Brother/Big Sister. Lynn strongly believes that music education is vital to the development of a well-rounded child. It not only stimulates their brain, but also teaches discipline, time management, and how to work well with others, while instilling  a love of the Arts.

Rosalie Stancato

Treasurer

  • Rosalie “Rose” Stancato grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania.  She is a passionate advocate for music education and youth empowerment.  Rose would like to ensure that young people —regardless of their financial circumstances—have the opportunity to explore and develop their musical talents.

Rose retired from a career in mortgage banking in June of 2025. Her sales and management experience, as well as her attention to detail make Rose a good fit for the organization.

She recognizes the barriers faced by many families in accessing music lessons and musical instruments. She believes in the creation of programs that provide free or subsidized lessons and instruments to children and teens who otherwise might not have the means to pursue their musical passions.

Rose grew up with music all around her.  Her mother enjoyed playing the piano and harmonica.  The love of music continues for her son and 3 grandsons.  Rose’s son plays lead guitar, while each of her grandsons play a different instrument (bass guitar, drums, and keyboards).
