5th Annual Kennett Jazz and Funk Fest a Rousing Success
April 24-26, 2026, saw 15 groups of musicians perform at three venues—the Kennett Flash, the Kennett Library, and the Kennett Creamery—before audiences in the hundreds at the 5th Annual Kennett Jazz and Funk Fest to benefit the mission of If Not for Music.
A highlight of the festival was the Sunday performances at the Kennett Creamery that featured up and coming musical artists that directly address our Gift of Performance mission area. In addition, during intermissions of featured performers at the Flash and Library, talented artists from local schools performed for the audience.
A big thank you to Fest organizers Jeff Piscitello, Tom Patti and INFM board member Dave Mattock. And a special THANK YOU to our sponsors: Michael O’Rourke and Family, Constellation Energy, P.S.Murphy Ltd., MacElree Harvey, Stancato Team at Guild, EarthSong Creative Arts, Harding Consultants, Tri-M, Roger Mustalish, and Betsy Malarkey. The Fest would not have been possible without their generous support.
